Terms & Conditions

• All accomodation is offered subject to availabillity at time of receipt of deposit and at the tarriffs applicable.
• Rooms must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.(Late checkout is available on request at £20.00 per room).
• The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for the loss of guests property unless handed in for safe custody.
• In the event of any cancellation, should the accomodation not be re0let or due to a 'no show' the person whose signature appears on the booking form will be liable to pay for all the total cost per the reservation. Deposits are non-refundable but will be deductible from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or 'no show'.
• If the deposit has been paid using adebit/credit card authorised account number, then any payment due owing to cancellation will also be made on this same account number by the proprietor.
• The proprietor reserves the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is party th that contract cause any detriment to the well being of other guests, staff or proprietor.
• Please note the proprietor has a strict non-somking policy in place. Smoking is permitted outside on the patio. Guests caught or suspected of smoking in their room or any part of the hotel will be asked to leave immediately and will be charged £50 for the extra cleaning and fumigating of the room.
